Treatments are available to hotel guests, and walk in customer with advance confirmed-booking. The staff at Japonica Spa will be pleased to advice on the most suitable treatments according to your expectations.

Please notify our Spa Reservations before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. While there are a few treatments that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed.

We respectfully remind you that a reservation constitutes a contract between yourself and Japonica Spa and a 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment (3 days for Half Day, Full Day and Lifestyle Day bookings).
